is ECE branch a good engineering branch

Yes it depends upon your interest which stream you want to opt , it is a good stream if you want to go for engineering. ECE or Electronic engineering is an electrical engineering discipline which utilizes nonlinear and active electrical components to design electronic circuits, devices, VLSI devices and their systems. ECE is a core branch that deals mainly with electronics and some communication and programming.ECE is obviously a good branch to study but only if you have a passion in electronics.As far as your job is concerned,you will have job opportunities in both software firms and core companies and the job offers and placement opportunities are more for this department when compared to other electrical branches of engineering.All the best!!
