Is english is compulsary to calculate 12 %on jeemains basis .Even if i take 2 language subject in board. I ask only for jeemains basis .

Anu one language is compulsory irrespective of what you have appaeared.
You can consider PcM subjects alongwith language ro cakcukate aggregate marks such that you select top 4 subjects into calculations base don marks you secured.
