once you get a seat in IITs it does'nt mean that everything is free then on. like any other college you will have to pay the annual fees every year, if you are utilizing the hostel facility then the hostel fee, food fee, books and every thing.
getting a seat in the IITs provied you the best of best faculties, teaching methodologies,placements , knowledge levels , skills, and lots more.
