Is ews Applicable for comedk 2019

No, This quota of EWS has been introduced in JEE only and as far as comedk is concerned then its not there.
The following students comes under reserved category in COMEDK:
- SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka
- Those who belong to Hyderabad-Karnataka Region
- Candidates who have Tulu/Telugu/Tamil Linguistic Minority status
- Those from Religious minority in Karnataka
