is ews general cerificate will use either during application form filling or counseling. reply as early as possible

during filling of application form if there is a section in application form where you have give your ews certificate number then you must have a ews certificate at the time of form filling. In this case you have to provide the same  ews certificate  which certificate number you provided at the time of form filling.

but in case during form filling there is no any section for filling the ews certificate number then at the time of form filling there is no any need of ews certificate.but at the time of counselling you have to provide the ews certificate.
