Is fee reimbursement decided based on local and non local ....Or for both it's available...?In apicet..?

Apicet is entrance exam to do your graduation in MBA and MCA
And coming to fee remiburment it is only available for local students and government doesn't pay for non local students and even for local students they should have income less then 1lakh for oc and bc and 2lakhs for SC and st so based on the income government provide fee reimbursement for oc they pay 35000 and coming to sc or st full fee reimbursement they get and for non local no fee remiburment available.
