Is getting an MBA worth?

I would suggest take that experience in TCS and after 3 years you can apply for GMAT or maybe executive MBA.

So take the experience first and then go for MBA studies.
Yes MBA will be worth if you want to shift your interest from technical to management.

Later you can even go for MBA in IT. Or a more advanced course for experienced people.

It is expected you will have a more good package later with experience than without experience.
Rest is your choice.
