Is Go phase ,suspended stage or not????

Hello,
The answer is exit.
It is because a cell that has entered G0 phase will undergo cell division in some necessary cases such as to replace a dead cell or to repair any wounds.
If we were to say the cell suspends cell cycle, then the cell will never divide again.So we cannot say that a cell in G0 phase suspend cell cycle
