Hello Dear Student,

Yes. A Haryana EWS certificate issued online with a valid digital signature is generally accepted for JoSAA counselling , provided it satisfies the JoSAA requirements:

It is issued by the competent authority (Tehsildar/SDM or higher, as applicable).
It is valid for the required financial year mentioned by JoSAA.
It contains the required details and meets the GEN-EWS format/criteria prescribed by JoSAA.
