Is hostel fees included in the course fees or not?

If you are pursuing any course in any college or university , then you will have to pay for tuition fees (which can be called course fees) and hostel fees separately . Hostel maintanenace fees , Mess charges , Electricity fees are not included in the course fees . Because a student can also be a day-scholar .
