Hello,

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will release the list of cities at which WBJEE 2021 exam centres shall be located atwbjeeb.nic.in. Unfortunately there is no center for WBJEE examination in Bihar. The centers are only available in West Bengal , Tripura and Assam.
However, candidates from Bihar can appear in the WBJEE, but you will not be able to secure a seat in government college. The best college you can get through Wbjee is Jadhavpur University which is one of the best college in India and offers great placement.

Yes you can appear for wbjee even if you are from Bihar. However you will be treated as a general candidate. Also the students of west bengal would get domicile reservation due to which their cut off will be a bit lower, but in your case you would not get any reservation.
