Is iit very tough. . .

It depends on how you take it. People even find a simple BA course tough. I have a few friends who are studying in IIT right now. Talking with them I realised, a person who actually loves the idea of getting knowledge can flourish in an IIT.

IIT has a relaxed curriculum, which allows you to take as many electives as you want .they have state of the art facilities, gives you opportunity international levels, and what not!

All you have to do is be punctual, hardwork and try not to procrastinate. With these three mantra, you will be a 9 pointer in an IIT.

A person who can clear IIT MAINS and can get into IIT can very well stay in it if he does not lose his/her motivation.
