Hello Wasim,

To get into any top medical college you need to crack NEET exam with good marks. For appearing in NEET you must clear the qualifying intermediate exam with physics, chemistry and biology as mandatory subject from any recognized board with minimum 50% marks ( 40% for OBC & SC/ST and 45% for PwD).

Intermediate academic marks just make you eligible for appearing in NEET exam, these marks do not add-up into you NEET marks.
