They are completely two different things.IPMAT (Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test) as the name suggests, is a national level entrance exam conducted by IIM, Indore to provide admission to its UG 5-years integrated management programs.CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) is also a national level entrance exam, but for providing admission to 22 national law universities (NLUs) in India (except NLU Delhi) , and many other law institutes. CLAT is for law admission.
