The hot race for seats makes the task of getting admission tough. Bangalore offer admission via other sources besides only on merit. For instance, Management Quota admission in college can be sought by those students who do not clear on merit.
Under Direct admission, the student should have passed Pre-University or XII standard or equivalent examination with Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects along with any one of the following subjects - Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Biology. They should have secured 50% aggregate marks.

If you have a chance to do B. Tech from IITS and NITS then go for these colleges. If you don't have a choice then only go for private colleges, private colleges are also bad. Colleges like BIT mesra ,VIT vellore has Good reputation in placement statistics.Their degree has a good value in today era.
