Is it better to go with UR category than the OBC category as last qualifying rank for UR category is higher than that of OBC in JIPMER 2018

Hello Neeraj,
If you belong to reserved category, it is wise to apply under both open (UR) and the specific category. This way you will be considered for admission under both categories.
Also, in the normal case the cutoff tend to be higher in open category.
