Yes, B.Com hons requires concepts of class XI and XII mathematics to be used. So, most universities (such as DU) have this eligiblity criteria for admission to B.Com Hons i.e. they ask for Mathematics as compulsory subject in class XII.
However there are many other colleges which do not have this criteria. So, it would be better to go through the eligiblity guidelines of the respective college or university you are interested in.
