Is it compulsory for me to do M-tech after completing my aerospace engineering in a private college to build my career in research field ?

Hello.
No it is not mandatory to do Mtech after your bachelor degree in aerospace engineering but if you want to have a good company placement then you should definitely do this still if you are interested in research line then you don't need to do Mtech you will have to do MS in related field, which is a research level course.
