Inorder, to get the home state quota the candidate must fulfill the following criteria-

- Candidates parents should be resided in the state for 10 years years.
- Candidate should have studied for atleast five years in the state.
- Candidate must have completed his/her 10th and 12th from the state.
- Candidate should have residency certificate.
