Is it compulsory to score 50 out of 100 individually in physics, chemistry and biology in 12th final exam of school or 50 percent in average in physics, chemistry and biology has to be got in the mentioned exam to be eligible for neet 2021?

The eligibility criteria for NEET UG states that the candidate must have scored atleast 50% as an aggregate in PCB and english subject combinations from a recognised board of education. So, you don't need to score 50% each, but you need to pass each of these subjects.
