Is it CONFIRM to get a seat when called for open counselling in aiims???

Hey Aspirant !
No. Being elligible for Open Round of AIIMS Counselling doesn't completely ensure you of a confirmed seat in any of the colleges.
The Round Works in a way in which, all the reported students who assemble and participate in the round can exercise their choices and select a seat. The Preference is given as per one's rank. If someone has a better rank than yours, he would select a seat before you. Likewise if all the seats are occupied before you can exercise your choice, then you won't get any seat.
