are sufficient for Inorganic and organic chemistry from theory point of view for Jee mains only.
For practice you have go through question banks.
For Physical Chemistry R.C mukharjee is good book.
For Physics H.C verma and D C pandey. Refer to ETOOS video lectures if possible.

No, NCERT will not be sufficient enough to get good colleges after JEE Mains exam. I am attching a link where you'll get an exaustive list of the books.
Atleast get 50% of them for the exam for better result. However, NCERT will be a good guide throughout.
