AFO application and selection is based on IBPS SO entrance exam. The exam is generally held in November- December month. The online exam of IBPS SO is for recruitment of Junior Management Officer in IT, Agriculture, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Law, HR/Personnel and Marketing in participating banks.
Vacancies may change yearly as its not fixed. This current year there are approx 4122 vacancies including all posts.
