Is it legal to do both the regular and correspondence course simultaneously???

Definitely it is. But I'm afraid it is not always possible to manage both the courses simultaneously. Because it is the regular course that is mostly considered everywhere and you need to focus fully on that for further education requirements. So if you want you can do the correspondence course after you're done with the regular one.
