Is it mandatory for the candidate himself to attend the counseling or can he send a proxy with the required documents?
Sorry Aulya! You can do this while you are registering for counselling or while choice filling but when there is offline verification or some counselling centres you need to be present there physically. You cannot send some one with your documents. Hooe you understand what i mean.

Because before the actual COMED-K counselling begins, there are certain formalities to be followed and in that the main thing is the biometric verification, where a Candidates physical presence is must for verifying fingerprints. You are supposed to be present there at the time of document verification because they click your picture on the spot and also you need to provide your thumb impression along with digital signature.
