Is it neccesary to give paper-2 if ,I m not intrested in architect. Will it affect my jee main paper 1 score?

No. 2nd paper is only for those students who interested in architecture field. It will not affect your jee mains 1 paper in any case. So, don't worry. Good luck. Cheers.

It's not mandatory to go for the Mains 2 paper i.e. architecture, it's just you can give the paper if you want to go for architecture field. And don't worry it won't affect your Mains 1 paper in any sense.
