no, but you should give recenty photo and sign.

Hello kajal,
During the registration of the JEE mains they usually ask for the thumb impression of your left hand. So when they have already got your thumb impression then why there is a need for asking for the signature on the photo .so it doesn't matter whether you sign your photo or not. But for being on the safe side you should attest all your documents with your signature
