Is it OK that I will get less marks in boards but prepare well for cet?? As board requires learning questions while cet is concept based???

Make sure you get aggregate 50% marks in P/C/M to be eligible for the exam.
Syllabus is same for your boards and MHT CET exam you have enough time for your preparation you can easily score good marks in both.
You should prepare a time table according to your comfort. So, that you can complete your syllabus on time and you get enough time for revision.
