Dear Gaurav, you haven't mentioned which entrance exam are you talking about. Not all entrance examinations have correcyion window. So if the exam that you are appearing has a correction window, you can make changes during the officially notified correction window only if you receive any notification. Post that you cannot make any changes. If the exam that you are appearing for has no correction window, you cannot make any changes.
