No, It is not possible that anyone's 12th class improvement exam form got canceled or rejected if he/she is eligible for that or is fulfilling the required criteria. You can easily give the 12th class improvement exam if you are not satisfied with your result

Generally, CBSE don't reject improvement exam form but there are rare cases where form gets rejected, for example if your form details are wrong or if you have filled several duplicate forms, or other important details are missing, otherwise form doesn't gets rejected, if you have filled it correctly.
