The score calculation for WBJEE is totally computerised which reduces the chance of wrong calculations!
What might have happened is you might have mistakenly coloured the OMR sheet in a wrong manner i.e partially or over coloured for certain answers!

There is no chance of having mistake as the answer sheets are checked computerized.
May be you opt the wrong answer in your sheet by mistake . You lost your marks in wrong answers or negative marking . Please check the answer key again to clear your doubt .
