Admission on the basis of result of previous year is not in provision . You have to clear Jee Mains 2 paper of 2019 to have a shot at the seat in B Arch. Also the result of 2019 Jee Main 2 paper for B. Arch is out now you can check that out too.

Unfortunately, the system does not work that way. Your rank is expired after the counselling process. You need to write JEE mains paper 2 again in 2019 to apply for counselling in 2019 only using your jee main paper 2019 rank. This is true for both JEE main paper 1 and 2.
