Yes, it is possible to get a transfer to CBSE another school in the mid session if there are medical reasons for that you need to write application to your child's current school to principal requesting a TC. Along with that attach medical reports.
After getting TC Apply to new school with all the necessary documents. Then school will apply to CBSE .If CBSE gives the approval then your child will get admission into the new school.
