Hello, with your JEE main rank and percentile, you have no chances to get any seat in any government colleges in India, so Delhi is our of the question. But you can take admission in many good private engineering colleges in Delhi and it's NCR region like Sharda, Amity, etc. Here's a list of some good private engineering colleges in Delhi
