Yes of course for getting into IIT for b.arch u must qualify both jee mains paper 1 and 2 and then u have to qualify jee advanced and for admission into b .arch in iit there is an another exam known as CEE

So u have to qualify three examinations to get into b.arch in iit s and for information only iit kharaghpur and iit roorkee are the only iit's that are offering b.arch course
