As per your question I don't think that there are any Management quota seats in IITs.These Institutes are for those who write Entrance level exam and get a good score and earn a seat there who wants to study and secure a good job.

Hello Dear
First of all let me clear you one thing that there are none of the management seats are there in the IIT premises or across any of the Government Institutions and inorder to be in the IIT , you should have the that much tempo to clear the JEE Advanced inorder to be in the IIT otherwise private colleges will be the best option for you through management quota.
