Because:
First of all the number of students is not this much in April exam ( it is more than this ).
And there are many number of tie brackers also .
If any student give both attempt than the best of two will be considered.
So there are many factors which affect the rank.
But this formula doesn't taken into account all these things.
So you have to wait till exact ranking .
