Is it true that from hsc 2020 there won't be any practicals for sicence students and the paper is going to be of 100 marks each subject?

No this is a rumour.
Recently a meeting has been conducted where the Regional Director Dehradun zone has discussed about changing the centres of Practical Examination of class 10th and 12th boards and CBSE is mulling over the decision to conduct the practical exam in external centres like theory papers.
