Is it worth repeating one year to get into a better college if I already have a seat in a good college?
Dear aspirant,
In my personal opinion taking a year's drop is an extreme decision and most of the time it's not really worth it. At the end of the day, what matters is if you are pursuing the degree you're passionate about or not. If you have gotten a chance to do so please go ahead and pursue it. College's brand value does not matter to a great extent. You will always be able to find a way to move forward in your stream of choice that you are passionate about. You can always choose to do your masters and PhD from a better institute, but a year's lost is a year lost. So please think about it carefully.
Hope this helps.
