Is it worth to do m.tech in vlsi from any nit?? Are else can I join in vlsi institute
VLSI : This cannot be stopped since we have not achieved the size, cost and performance speed, what we wanted. Even though there are some challenges in minimizing the size further with Si technologies, there are other tech which may grow (including but not limited to quantum computing/tech, carbon-nano, bio-nuron, etc.). But remember that VLSI was stabilized to a greater extent in the past 15 years with System Verilog adopted by majority. But if one of them picks up in the nano scale, then the adopting to that would need some tweaking or complete rewamp of the HDL languages.
Apart from nit vit, bits also provide VLSI course.
