Northern India Engineering College (NIEC) now known as Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management New Delhi is a private College that offers Undergraduate degree in Engineering of various disciplines. It is approved by AICTE and also have NAAC accreditation. You can excel yourself in mechanical engineering. The college have good placement records. But if you are really interested for IIT, then you can drop a year and start preparing for JEE. You can join a top IIT by securing good rank in JEE ADVANCED.
