Hello,
Any clothing with pockets are not allowed in MH-CET Exam. As jeans have pockets therefore they are may be not allowed. You can prefer wearing leggings and patiala pants. Any metal ornament is also restricted. Wearing earrings, necklaces, bracelets or any metal jwellery is not allowed.
