No,It is Solely on the basis of your CNET rank.Don't worry about that.Just start the choice filling if you haven't started yet.Your branch and college will be alloted to you as per your preferences.The choice filling will be upto 25th June,2019.Hope for the best.

As per the new guidelines, the B.Tech admission in GGSIPU will be done through National Level Examination JEE Main, therefore the JEE Main criteria, as well as the eligibility criteria for GGSIPU, must be fulfilled. And, therefor, yes jee mains percentile affect the ip admission counselling.
