Comparing with the Paper 1 of JEE Main, the paper 2 Maths is considerably lower in difficulty , due to the number of question in JEE Paper 2 is more as compared to paper 1.
The following topics are most important in JEE Paper 2, maths
3D Geometry
Trigonometry
Calculus-Differentiation, Integral calculus, Diff eqns. Area under curve
Statistics
Sequence and Series
Probability(XI AND XII Both)
Matrices and Dets.
Binomial Theorem

If you go through these topics in details, it is evident that you will score high.
