Is josaa seat acceptance fee 35000/-added in Institute fee?or hostel fee?

Dear Aspirant,
This fee is reimbursed for the college institution fee mostly. Hostel fee is quite a relative fee and every college have different hostel fees depending upon their hostels' physical conditions, food quality, etc. So due to this ambiguity, the counseling fee will be reimbursed for the institution fees.

Thanks,,,but I belongs to st category so,my Institute fee is no ,I have only hostel fee ,is there any concession in hostel fee
