Is KCC engineering college best in r/o placement and study.pls help me in this regard.

Yes, as I have knowledge KCC engineering college is best for engineering and it has best in class placements also. If you ask me for study then my answer will be, study is also good here and I want to tell you one thing study doesn't matter for job, if college having good placements. Your skills matters not your marks. KCC is good college and you can take admission there.
Good Luck!
