Dear Dhruv ,KCET is a state level exam managed by Karnataka Examinations Authority across 54 centres within Karnataka, Yes the test take place only within Karnataka and not in any other state . All indian nationals (NRIs included) with maths and physics as their primary subjects are allowed to appear for the exam.
