Yes. Maths is a compulsory subject for CAT. It is included in the section on Quantitative Aptitude (QA) comprising Trigonometry, Algebra, Geometry, Arithmetic, Higher Maths, Mensuration etc. The QA section is held for 34 marks.

yes maths is compalsary in coman admission test as this exam is for mba admission and maths is required in mba at high level so you must have maths background. all the best have a great future ahead.
