Kindly explain more about your query so I can assist you. However, if your query is related to pursuing medical studies abroad then admission criteria may vary country wise.
For example, if a student wish to study MBBS in Russia then Students have to qualify the class 12th examination and obtain marks according to the set Medical Council of India (MCI) guidelines. There is, however, an MCI screening test for students applying for admission in Russia and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) has to be obtained from the same to be eligible.

I want to go to china for mbbs that's I want to know that is mci giving eligibility certificate to additional biology student who done 12th with only one subject biology after completing intermediate with PCM.
