If your category rank is 639 (general) then you can get FC in any NIFT other than Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Gandhi nagar and Hydrabad.
You can't get BFT in any of the NIFT's.
You van KD in Chennai or Hydrabad if you want.
You can also get TD in any NIFT other than Gandhinagar and Bangalore.
